Hello, my name is Orien. Last March, my significant other took our child without my knowledge in intent to not return. I had just got off work late at night and came home to an empty house. My daughter was just a little over a year old, born in Montana. I had an idea where the mother had taken her, but if I were to go and try and get my daughter I would have ended up with trespassing problems. With nowhere to go I contacted James F. Gardner and told him my prerogative. I am not perfect nor am I a bad guy. Just a dad trying to raise his daughter. I have never threatened my significant other not harmed her in any way. Just a few arguments that’s all. No reason for her to take my daughter let alone across state lines. James immediately took my case. Within three days we had a district court order giving me full custody pending a hearing in May. I was more than happy. My daughter is my life. Her gone was the most crushing experience.
